In fact it's an actual human head! The man used to be some Pedro! before being killed by some Machu Pichu tribes! it's liek a decoration showing the courage of their warriors!

Yep! no doubt about it Sarah! but since you practice on dead people why don't you get one for free :-P all you have to do is figure out that magical formula the Machu Pichu tribes use to reduce the size of the head :-)
